You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. PredictSwitch is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the PredictSwitch platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of PredictSwitch and its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. Data and AI Features

PredictSwitch uses AI-powered tools to surface advisor insights and scoring. These outputs are informational in nature and should not be the sole basis for any hiring or business decision. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PredictSwitch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if PredictSwitch has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

PredictSwitch reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
